Cut extra calories As men age, the risk of damage of brain cells caused by inflammation and oxidation increase. Study shows that low calories diet helps our body function better than normal diet. 6. Exercise Moderate exercise helps to improve circulation of blood and increase oxygen level that is vital for nourishing our brain cells as well as guarding our brain against any memory loss.
