An Ideal B’day Party

An ideal party is never implemented but always exists in our imagination. It consists of everything good and nothing giving an odd outlook. The only thing important in the B’day party is that the b’day child and his/her team should be very happy. Elders will be happy on their own if the children are happy. Have you ever thought as to what are the reasons that the thought ideas and expectations does not come up to the level on the day of the party.

There are many reasons involved in the failure of anything. They may be the hidden reasons but they do exist. Similar are the reasons in the failure of the ideas in the b’day party. Sometimes, the implementation is not that good or the last minute rush ruins it all. At times, the late arrival of the guests also affect to a large extent. All these things have to be taken into consideration while you are planning something.

You might recall there were some steps involved in the business studies class of 12th standard. The first step in that theory was planning. If you want anything or any event to succeed, you must plan all the things in advance. All the things do include the minor and the major ones. Along with that, you must assign the duties to some particular persons as to what they will be responsible for. When things go in the planned manner, there are fewer chances of the mistakes. You cannot delete all the mistakes but you can surely avoid them.

The concepts learnt in school must be put to use in the practical life. Do you even faintly remember some of the things learnt in school regarding the division of the work? If you try to do all the things on your own, it will be very difficult for you. On the other hand, if you are dividing the work amongst others, the event will go on more smoothly.

Apart from all these things, the child involved must be happy. Who would not be happy if someone gets chocolate pizza as their treat to the b’day? All other participants or you can say all other children are happy if they get their favourite things on the chart. Give all of them a fabulous party in the Pizza hut and give them candy gift baskets as their return gift.

If you do all these things, there is o chance that people don’t wear smiles on their faces and don’t get excited at each game. Make sure that the things are planned and go in the appropriate order as they were thought to be.
