Another Getting Thin Trick You Had Never Think Of

Forget exercise. What you need is a change of habit. Your eating habit.

If you're fat, you know that you're used to eating a big man's breakfast -- fruits, coffee, eggs, waffles, bread, sausage, or anything that came along. During lunch, the amount is a little modest because you're surrounded with your friends. But alone at your dinner, you probably cleaned up the table.

That's your eating habit. Like breathing or walking, that's the pattern or eating ritual you've been accustomed to.

Here's what you should do instead.

Continue to eat all the variety of foods you've been eating, The chocolate, donuts, fries or burgers. And even that spongy black forest cake with the red juicy cherry on top of the cream.

But cut down the amount of food by 60%.

Reduce the quantity, but not the variety. Eat everything that come along, but don't eat so much. Or half so much. Instead of three or four slices of bread, eat one. Instead of two bowl of spaghetti, eat half of one. Instead of two slices of roast beef, eat only one small slice.

Don't deprive yourself of a single thing you liked, but cut the quantity down. By 60%.

Now, then, the idea is very simple. But I never say that doing it is very easy.
When you cut down the amount of food and drink for which your body was used to, be prepared for your body to rise up in revolt and yelled for what it had been accustomed to get. It will cry for that same amount of food you had been giving it all those years. Be ready for that. Be ready for an acute physical suffering.

Now, except for hunger, nothing much will happen during the first week. Your flabby stomach and thigh will still look the same.

But after the 3rd week, you'll notice that your excess baggage has drop away all at once. Your eyes get clearer and your double chin suddenly evaporates. And those excess fat around you waist ? They seem to vanish into thin air.

You don't need any exercise scheme or math. You don't have to jog every morning. Or count calories. You just need to change your habit. Just eat 60% less.

But this method is not for those who has a will of a jelly. If you have made up your mind to try, be prepared for the hardest struggle of your life.

This diet plan isn't a frolic. This diet plan is a fight.
