Are We To Blame For Our Acne Outbreak?
We think of acne as the outbreak of hormones during our teen years. This may carry some truth, but it does not explain why so many adults continue with acne outbreaks. There must be other causes, and it is only reasonable to think that by finding those causes we can find the solutions. Does diet influence acne? Many believe diet is the primary consideration to health, both internally and externally. Chocolate has been blamed for outbreaks, but in recent years this theory has been proven to be incorrect. Others blame it on fat intake, processed foods, additives and preservatives, and the highly refined foods like sugar. Can acne be the result of bacteria, virus or other foreign matter in our system? Is it an outward expression of the internal state-of-health? If acne is caused by a toxic internal environment, then how do we treat it? Sounds like a dietary and maybe even environmental change is in order. If it is caused by a parasite, like bacteria or virus, then how do we make ourselves stronger, and end the influence of these microscopic invaders? So here we are, back at diet and wellness as the greatest tool in the fight against acne. When the body is healthy it has the strength to take care of itself. So then logically speaking isn't the solution more about giving the body the tools it needs to support itself? So then the question arises: what tools can the body use to become stronger and more self-managing? There are many simple things we can do, or use, to restore the powerful immune system. Good clean water is a key element. Choosing a healthier whole food diet is another powerful tool. We must also clean up our internal environment, and that is called detox. One simple tool to healthier living is MMS. This liquid is used to purify water as well as clean vegetables and fruits prior to eating or cooking. Some use MMS as a spray, it makes a great insect repellent that does not harm healthy tissue. Others use it as a part of their detoxification process. MMS works in a very simple way - it takes the energy from those substances that live in a low-oxygen or anaerobic environment, like bacteria, fungus, and viruses. Stripped of their life giving essence those harmful substances can no longer thrive. Hence, the body gets a chance to heal itself. We can step out of the shadow of acne, and into the light of a healthier body, both internally and externally. Given the right tools, we can grow stronger. Acne is not your fault, you've only used the tools you have been given. Isn't it time to fight back, and regain the expression of your inner beauty?
