Are you being selective of who you work with? It's really a very simple question but yet if you really think about it, you may not be choosing the people that you really need to partner with. You have to ask yourself, is that person really going to do the work.
Here is a good example of why you should be selective with who you work with. Let's say that you are already successful, you make $10,000 a month and you have over 100 people in your down line. If someone called and left you a message and they said that they were out of work, had no money and they sounded less than enthusiastic, would you honestly chose that person to partner with? Or, would you consider the person who is upbeat, ready to go and is willing to learn?
When people are up and coming in this business, sometimes they make desperate choices because they just want to get people to join them in their business. But those choices aren't always the smartest choice for you. When you act desperate, you get desperate people and those people usually don't do the work. So you need to make your choices based on already having success. That is the only way you will ever grow your business.
That is what is meant by being selective of who you work with. Act as if you are already successful and then chose the people that are willing to take that extra step, they really want to have their own successful business and are willing to do the work. Be picky because this is your business and you want people who are willing to put in 100%.
Remember, this is your choice to make because this is your business and you are in this for the long run. Make the right choice for you.
