Do you love your coffee but feel bad about drinking it? Research has shown that coffee isn’t all bad; it can actually be quite good for you. Here are some awesome reasons to drink coffee.

+ Coffee has been known to reduce the risk of Alzheimers.

+ Coffee can reduce cirrhosis which is the toxic effect on your liver from alcohol consumption. So if you enjoy the drinks, make sure you have your coffee too.

+ Athletes have had improved performance after drinking coffee before they compete. The coffee seems to increase the glycogen level which is what gives you more energy.

+ Tests have shown that coffee reduces the risk of type 2 Diabetes.

+ Coffee can improve your short term memory. So if you have an exam or a meeting, remember to have your cup of coffee first.

+ Research has also shown that drinking coffee can reduce the chance of males getting gout.

The best reason to drink coffee though is because you enjoy it and it is a great way to socialize. It’s also a good way to start the day!! So when you have your next cup of coffee, relax and enjoy it, knowing that it can be good for you.
