Sooper Credit Union has formed an education and literacy partnership with a nationally known group of consumer advocates to deliver high-quality, free financial education and literacy programs. The program is called “FoolProof”, and it offers tough, real advice from consumer advocates.
Everyone wants to be smarter about money, and have the confidence to make the best decisions when it comes to the quality of their lives. FoolProof tells you the truth about products and services so you can have that confidence. FoolProof gives every resident of our community real financial education and real consumer information. We’re excited to bring that to our members and non-members alike.
FoolProof is a comprehensive, consumer-oriented suite of programs designed to teach consumers of all ages about money, financial responsibility, and the realities of free enterprise. FoolProof offers five separate financial literacy programs that can be used by parents, adults, young adults, college-aged people, high schools and community groups. FoolProof uses highly interactive online “modules” and dynamic websites to reach members and nonmembers. The modules are tough, interactive and interesting.
