Are You Going To Make It In The Cold Mlm Market Relying On Leads
Who is there to talk to about our business after the warm market list that most of us have been instructed to various lead companies depending on what our sponsor in the business tells us to do. How has your luck been with construct in our first hours of being in a network marketing company is depleted. Most of us have been sent to these systems I know they can work because I have seen many good people introduced to great companies through the leads How does one sort through the many lead providers? I was told that lead vendors often were similar to the porn site providers and bottom feeders on the internet. and it was very important to be recommended or introduced to a respectable company or two and stick with them to keep one from getting in trouble with the regulators for spam. I am here to tell you some of my learning on this subject.
First I will qualify myself in the subject of leads or finding qualified prospects after you have exhausted any warm market that you may have. I have spent thousands of dollars on various types of leads. I have been a top producer for a company and won various production awards so I am not without success in the business forum using lead generation . You will wonder about that as you continue to read this article, I am sure. There are some great vendors out there. but I find that often the leads take me to tire kickers who are not serious about being involved in a business. Often people thing they are getting a free lap top computer or some nonsense like that or are not willing to invest in their own business. They are really looking for a job and hope it will be a free ride.
I have worked many years with auto responders which really do give you one of the best qualified leads because the email is sent directly from you to them and you do not share the response with a lot of other interested parties. The down fall of this system these last few years is that a lot of ISPs are much more astute as is the market, even though your lead has asked to be contacted the email may go into the trash or just may not be delivered. Often emails caused my personal domain to be blocked. The answer to that was to purchase my own server and the expenses grew. To get a couple of qualified prospects a day often would take 2000 to 3000 names in the autoresponder. This became quite expensive.
The up line continued to tell me that this was the right path but at some point my business budget was bursting at the seams. Coupled with issues of being blocked form sending mail and often not even know it and wasting a lot of time, energy and other resources.
Have I learned a lot in the years that I have spent chasing this dream using the lead process, you bet. Does it not seem there is something askew with this business model. We shall explore this together. If you're tired of wasting time with unqualified leads, bad listing presentations, and uninterested buyers, There are many ways to build your business in the traditional sense with post cards, help wanted, and flyers or you can choose to harness the power of the internet and learn marketing skills and tools you can use on line to help you build that business of your dreams.
Just know it is work and there is not magic to it but the magic you have internally to believe and achieve what you know you can accomplish and in part is why you are searching and leaning and growing in this great journey we share.
