The candidate must have strong concept of art skills and illustrations; familiarity with popular 3D applications such as 3ds Maya and Max; have experience with 2D paint applications in Adobe Photoshop and Painter. Besides that the applicant must have the ability to motivate the team of artists and communicate well with other developers in this team of entertainment and a passion for creating and playing games.
