Article Marketing For Coaches - How To Grow Your Coaching Business By Writing For 1 Hour A Day
Article marketing is an excellent way for coaches to get the word out about their expertise and services. Many coaches, however, may not think they have the time or writing skills to take advantage of this marketing method.
In fact, that's one of the beautiful things about it. In just an hour a day, you can put yourself, your products and services, out on the Internet for the world to find.
You might spend the first week setting up the back end -- getting your website set up (if you don't already have one), choosing the autoresponder, and writing your free report. If you write your free report the right way, when it's done you've also got your first 4, 5 or even 10 articles done as well.
Setting a time limit for writing is also a great way to help make sure you continue to move forward. It gets faster as you do it, too. But at first, for example, you might give yourself 30 minutes to write a draft, which you can easily do when you follow a writing template that helps jump-start the process. Give yourself another 15 minutes to tweak it and write your headline, and 15 minutes to put it on at least one highly-ranked directory. If you can commit to just an hour each weekday, you've got 5 articles each week. (I've got a school-age child, so I know how little of my own work gets done on the weekends.)
As you get faster, you can use that hour each day to write even more articles, put them on different article directories, or work on compiling what you've already written into mini-guides, ebooks, ecourses, and other products.
