Article marketing is one of the best ways in the world to grow your business. It is one of the easiest ways to build a list of high quality, responsive leads.
I make my living through the use of article marketing exclusively. No my list is not as large as some of the super marketers out there but it is a tight knit group that is very responsive.
Using article marketing attracts high quality leads and that is a fact. The reason that it does this is simple. When someone reads your article it is because that article is a discussion of something that they are already interested in.
Should someone be searching for information about online gaming they will not be reading your article about bonsai tree grooming. You are only going to attract readers who have an interest in exactly what you are writing about.
If they are interested in your subject and want to read your article it only makes sense that they would be interested in even more information. Provide them with an avenue to get the information that they want with your resource box and it will lead them to your website and your squeeze page.
If you have written an informative, interesting article and led your reader to your squeeze page they are much more likely to subscribe to your list than someone who comes through a pay per click ad.
Don’t get me wrong there is nothing wrong with PPC traffic but it is of much less quality that traffic generated through article marketing.
People who click through to your site from a Google Adsense page are interested, but they have not taken the time to read one of your articles already. When they arrive at your website you have to convince them that they want to subscribe. Those who have read your article are already pre-sold on subscribing to your list and will do so much quicker than the cold visitor from a PPC.
