The West Indian food has wide range of dishes to offer. One of the most popular cuisines from this region comes from Rajasthan, with varieties of chutneys and pickles. Gujarat is famous for adding a pinch of sugar to most of the dishes. A thali from this state comes with 10 different varieties of vegetables. In Maharastra, most of the cuisines are steamed and roasted with ‘puran poli’ being the famous dish of the state through out the country.
