Author/artist Kimberly Wickham Expresses Her Love Of Horses
Before coming to the United States at the age of 18, Kimberly Wilder Wickham had spent her childhood in Europe and was pursuing art with passion. Even at a young age she was known for her creative flair and at the age of 20, she was given the most coveted opportunity to produce the enormous stained glass panorama depicting the lives of various saints for the Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Margaretville, NY which still serves as a testimonial to her artistic talent.
She is a scholar with a passion for knowledge and has acquired 4 degrees in Art, Art History, Teaching and Humanities. She is also committed to share her knowledge through 20 years of teaching both adults and children. Her teaching experience includes visual and performing arts, gifted and talented programs, troubled youth and economics.
She has also dedicated herself to the study of quantum physics theory, before writing her children’s chapter book series Angels and Horses. Her books artistically blend in imagination and realism with a philosophical take on the meaning of life. Her messages are grounded in reality and she beckons the young world of readers to take on a more positive attitude towards the challenges of life to create their own reality in which anything they wish, as long as it is ideal, is possible to attain. She has made it her mission to teach these principles and empower children and adults through her books, art works and lectures.
