Baby Feeding TipsMost babies don't need solid foods before the age of 4 months. The little tummies are not ready to digest solid foods and they get all the nutrition they need from their formula or breast milk. The first solids your baby should try are special baby cereals mixed as directed on the packet. A teaspoon is enough to start with. This should be gradually increased to a tablespoon. Once the baby is successfully taking cereal, then pureed fruit and vegetables can be gradually added to the diet. Article Directory: http://www.articledashboard.com
