Barcode Scanners Working Procedure
Generally each barcode has some specific symbols and the barcode is differentiated by its height, width and bar spacing. CCD based and laser based are the two types of POS scanners available and the CCD type is more common whereas the laser type can read any surface and even it can read products at greater distances.
