These days however, the hoops are made of blackboards and solid steel and the netting isn’t closed at the bottom. Therefore the ball goes straight through the net when a goal is scored.

It can be really fun for the whole family to see how many hoops they can score. All you need is a place on the wall to install the hoop. Once you have installed it you simply need a basketball. Many people find shooting hoops to be relaxing as well as fun. It can often help if you are feeling frustrated to go out and shoot hoops in the garden. It eliminates stress in a healthy way.

You also get regular exercise if you play quite frequently. As basketball is a fun activity to play, it doesn’t even feel like exercise. It is a crafty way to get your children to exercise.

You can find basketball hoops in many sports stores. There will also be a wide range available online. They come in a variety of different designs and they are typically easy to install.
