Sam Bennett is a unique breed of man. He's a 60 year old surfer who bartends at some the most lively nightclubs in South Beach. Constant attention to young, drunken people has taken a toll on Sam. The smoke, nightlife hours, and drinks have taken a toll on his skin as well. Sam vows to make himself look younger in 2009, and he plans on doing it without any cosmetic surgery.
Sam also enjoys the beach, and suntanning is second nature for this southern California native. Sam applies a good deal of sunblock and moisturizing creams, but the sun ultimately always wins and in the end Sam acknowledges his skin is suffering from the suns rays. "I plan on doing some research of anti-aging wrinkle creams," noted Sam. "There seem to be a lot of winners out there that can not only decrease the amount of wrinkles showing on the skin, but also that can rejuvenate the skin as well."
When Sam finds that magical cream, he told us he would report back to us and review any findings on other creams he may have tried during the process. "I feel sort of femmy doing this, but it's all for the betterment of my appearance," Sam told us as he sipped on sparkling water.
Keeping his job in the club isn't Sam's only motivation to look younger, where sometimes the scene and obnoxiousness of drunken party-goers can grow aggravating. He's also an aspiring model. "I'd like to expand my horizons and do some different things."
