The last thing you want to do is spray roach pesticides all over the areas where you sleep in right? Once you have your natural bed bugs spray you can then spray the linings of your mattresses or suitcases. Let the bed bug solution sit for about 10 minutes and spray the area again just to be safe. Then just vacuum up the dead bed bugs are you are set. Also, you may want to spray the carpet lining of your room that was infected with the bed bugs just in case they are living in the carpet lining as well.
