But what’s that you say? 11,000 could be wrong, ok then, they have also been given incredible reviews by some of the big tech news companies out there like Forbes, TechCrunch Website Magazine and more!

BigCommerce has literally hundreds and hundreds of features that make it one of the most robust ecommerce software solutions out there in the market. In this article, I will attempt to mention some of my favorite characteristic that stand out.

From my experience, having the ability to have customization in my design is very important. The reasons why I like this is that over my time building many websites, the most expensive part of the website has been hiring designers and developers to add and move things around on the site. Gone are those days

Thrilled that that’s all over now. So easy is it that you can now just click on a certain object and add it to your page, or click and grad it somewhere else. This means that if you don’t like where the best sellers list is, you can simple click and drag it somewhere else. It doesn’t get easier than that, and this feature alone could save you hundreds, if not thousands over the long run in design and development costs. BigCommerce you made it so much more easier to sell online!

BigCommerce takes advantage of eBay
Now we all know that eBay is a massive website. The website has made many people rich and given them freedom to live life on their terms. I’m sure you trust shopping on eBay, and do does millions of other people around the world.

So the clever thing that BigCommerce had done here is to partner up with this giant of a company we call eBay. What you can do is from your BigCommerce store, you can list your product on eBay in either the auction or the buy now sections.

One of the best components about this, and if you know how to place items on eBay, you’ll know how important this is, is the ability to schedule your items to go live at a certain time. … And doing this in eBay, they will charge you money for the privilege to do this. Now imagine if you had to put up a hundred items to run at a certain time, that fee will really chew into your profits! Nice work BigCommerce!

Email Marketing the proper way
This feature is crazy intense and should be one of the first things you set up. If you want to make a ton more of money than all your competitors, this is your feature. It’s their secret weapon, and you’ve probably come across it many times if you’ve ever purchased anything from one of the major stores on the Internet.
Email Marketing is the feature that I’m referring to!. Imagine this, a visitor comes to your website and purchases a shirt from your store. It’s about 3 weeks after the purchase, and now your customer receives an email with a discount voucher of 20% along with a suggestion, or advice on a matching pair of shoes that you happen to sell as well. This is a tried and proven strategy that works. That’s why you should use it as well.

You now it to be true that a person who has purchased from you in more likely and willing to purchase again from you than a brand new customer. Some of the big companies in the world focus more on getting repeat purchases from prospects, than on finding new markets to sell to.
