Blessed With The Gift Of Gab: Shahrukh Khan
Shahrukh Khan hosted the 17th Star Screen Awards along with another handsome hunk of Bollywood, Shahid Kapoor and both of them together, had the entire Bollywood sitting in the audience in fits of laughter with their hilarious comments on almost everything including each other! We all know that, SRK is blessed with the gift of gab, but Shahid Kapoor did a fantastical job and complimented him very well. From a very long time SRK has been creating magic on the stage, just by standing there and talking and he is still doing that even today, very successfully! In 2009, the newest heartthrobs of Bollywood, Imran Khan and Ranbir Kapoor had hosted the Filmfare Awards night. The duo was much appreciated and was pretty successful in wooing the audience that night. In-fact, a lot of people said that this young duo shared a crackling chemistry on stage that reminded him of the chemistry that was visible between Shahrukh Khan and Saif Ali Khan, when they had anchored a few awards night before. In the past, during one of the Filmfare Awards, SRK and Saif had worn blue towels and had made fun of Sanjay Leela Bhansali's Saawariya which had the audience in splits. Generally, SRK is known for picking up his fellow colleagues from Bollywood, and digging out a few good humored jokes on them or passing funny and corny comments. However, this time, in the 17th Star Screen Awards, Shahrukh and Shahid paid respect to some of the renowned leading ladies of Bollywood. The duo took the opportunity to shake their legs with the evergreen scintillating Divas of Bollywood. In the other hand the beautiful ladies i.e. Asha Parekh, Hema Malini, Zeenat Aman and Rekha also had a gala time with these humorous lads on stage. We all know that, SRK and Salman Khan are at logger heads at present, but that did not stop Shahrukh to do the very famous Dabangg dance step with Salman's co-star from the film, Sonakshi Sinha! That is the way, the King Khan of Bollywood shows his generosity, and gives it back to his foes with style and grace. Shahrukh Khan also hugged and cheered Ranveer Singh up, when he broke down into tears while receiving the best newcomer award and also said "tu kyon ro raha hai, rona toh humein chahiye, ab humara kya hoga..tu aagaya hai industry mein". First in Filmfare Awards with Saif Ali Khan, and now with Shahid Kapoor in 17th Star Screen Awards, Shahrukh has always proved that no one can match up to his level, when it comes to humor as he is truly blessed with the gift of gab.
