Blog Training: Seven Ways To Rock Your Blog
Okay, so what does it take to become a Blog Star and to have your prospects craving for the next post? Let's delve into seven online blogging ideas to ROCK your blog, spice it up, and increase blog traffic. I'm giving the goods, so take notes and share the wealth! 1) Training & Conference Calls Now, if you're a serious Internet network marketer (and I KNOW you are), then you're consistently positioning yourself in front of trainings and personal development calls (or reading books). How can you use this? Take the information you learn in your training and regurgitate it...its that easy. Of course, add your own style, personality and spin to it, and viola, you have material for a blog post or video. 2) YouTube Thousands of new, value-rich videos are being posted daily on this social media, all yearning for your viewing. You may learn something you didn't know before and find it extremely useful towards your goals. Share it! This is actually my second favorite way of gaining content (my #1 method is coming up...). I am always seeking to learn from my colleagues and YouTube offers an opportunity to see what others know and relate to their experiences. 3) Reviews This may range from an MLM company, products, opportunity, or system review. Reviews are powerful methods because not only does it give you content, but it also shows that you are INVOLVED in your career thus building credibility. That's a pretty awesome position to be in. So why do you believe the new MLM opportunity that everyone's been buzzing about will be a success? Why is company X product so great?!? Why is that particular marketing system the #1 attraction marketing system on the World Wide Web?!? The people want to know, so be the one to tell them. 4) Current Events Now, this may or may not relate to network marketing, and that's okay! Demonstrate that you're a REAL person with real opinions. There's nothing wrong with talking about current events and you absolutely may integrate them into your blog. This allows your readers to see more of you, your personality, likes & dislikes. Finally, you can relate to others who may share the same opinions and desires you have! 5) Solutions We are in the business of providing solutions, point blank! One of the most prevalent is generating leads. Name some issues that keeps popping up. How about lead generation? How to monetize Twitter or Facebook? The key here is to search the proven solution and impart the goods Believe me, there are thousands of others who are searching for the solution so post your findings (plus, I want to know)! You will quickly become known as the expert (and that's a great thing)! This is a sure fast way to obtain a loyal audience. 6) Live Experiences Have you recently attended a leadership or social media conference? Did you just employ an offline marketing strategy that produced favorable results? Let us hear about these experiences and what it did for you! Again, sharing this makes you more of a real person. And remember to post pictures too (if applicable)! Now for my FAVORITE Rock Blogging idea...(drum roll please...) Interviews. 7) Interviews Interviews are priceless!!! You gain a tremendous amount of value when you converse with gurus and rising stars in this industry. You hear their stories (which are not much different than me and yours), how they've overcame their challenges, what motivated and inspired them not to quit, their best strategies, and their current goals (yes, they still have goals even when making the millions). This method makes the top Blog Star tip because not only are receiving exclusive content, but you have built a new relationship and have a millionaires' phone number in your Rolodex (how sweet is that)! Connections are key!! Its not who you know, but what you do with who you know...but you have to KNOW them first!!! You have no idea where this connection will take you AND your business. Make a goal to interview 2-4 gurus a month whether over the phone, in person, or at live events (i.e. conferences)...you will NOT regret it!
