With any blood pressure problem, your situation needs to be monitored regularly to ensure your blood pressure is where it’s meant to be. Typically blood pressure monitors are available in a couple of designs – one which takes a reading from your wrist, the other which takes a reading from your upper arm. There’s no difference in the reading which is given by the blood pressure monitor, just a personal preference for which you’re most comfortable using.
