Blue Screen Death

The Blue Screen of Death occurs suddenly. Your monitor results in a blue screen that asks if you have seen the screen before and that you can reboot your computer to see if the message goes away. This is as simple as pressing the reset button.

The Blue Screen of Death is a cause of one or many factors. Trying to find to cause of the error isn't the easiest. From my experience, the Blue Screen death occurs because of the following.

1. Faulty Random Access memory

Random Access Memory is also known as RAM. RAM comes in 1 Gigabyte or 512 MB. The more RAM you have, the faster your applications will load. Data and functions are stored in the RAM, allowing fast recall of data by the CPU. When certain modules of the RAM are not working and the CPU tries to access those areas, the blue screen death will appear.

2. corrupt registry

A corrupt registry happens over time when we install many different types of software in our computer. This can include printer drivers, monitor drivers, camera devices, scanners. the registry keeps track of everything that's within our computer. When this part of the computer becomes corrupt, the blue screen of death appears, randomly, even while the computer is at rest, or worse when you're in the midst of typing a word document.

3. Faulty Power Supply

This is the power supply of your computer. If this is not working well, it needs to be replaced.

Normally, just installing a registry cleaner does the trick for me. Not only that, it speeds up the computer as well. After running the registry cleaner, you'll want to run defrag as well to speed up your harddisk. This will get your computer running quickly.
