When many people have purchased your products from your company, you will gradually obtain a giant database. When your database is getting larger, you tend to start a newsletter for your products. And slowly, your business turns into a force-subscription business. Many rational customers do not seem to appreciate it, and would think that these techniques are just another way of spamming, and in the end, it will not only devastate your brand reputation, the potential customers will also try to avoid doing business with you again.

When customers keep flowing in, customer service needs to be in the top of your list. When the amount of customers mounted gradually, marketers begin to feel the heat and they realize that their responsibilities are becoming heavier, consequently, they become too busy to manage the transactions and other aspects. As a result, they often neglect the importance of customer service. Online marketers need to always remember that it is the customer that determines whether or not you make any money.

It is okay to make mistakes along the way of creating your own business, but most importantly, you learn from your mistakes and take them as lessons, so that your business can be further improved in the days to come.
