The daily requirement for calcium intake for adults between ages 19 and 50 is 1000mg daily, while adults older than 50 should consumer 1500mg of calcium per day. Example - 1 cup of sesame seeds - 2200mg of calcium, 1 cup of soybeans -460mg. 3. Eliminate all red meat 4. Eliminate all white sugar 5. Take a minimum of three capsules of "friendly bacteria" probiotic everyday with food 6.
