Bring The Autumn Or Winter Weather Into Your Wedding Theme

There are many reasons why people prefer autumn and winter weddings to summer and spring weddings. For the first reason – look to the weather. The weather during the fall and winter is much cooler, and most people don't want to sit through a wedding reception sweating, especially if it’s out in the heat in summer time. Also depending where you live, it’s hard to tell the difference between summer and spring. Spring is supposed to start just warming up; in some places it's just as hot as the middle of summer.

It is said that the surroundings are opinionated to be much more beautiful in winter and fall rather than spring and summer. The colors of the trees, to the white blanket of snow. So, for the most part, people may want a fall or winter wedding because they want it outside, and don't want their guests getting heatstroke.

Another reason a couple would have either a fall or winter wedding would be because of the bride’s dress. If the bride wanted to wear a long sleeve dress or have her bridesmaids wear long sleeve gowns, then it would only be reasonable to have the wedding when the weather starts cooling down. The reason this matters is because the bride’s dress plays a big part in the wedding, and without the bride happy then the groom will not be happy either.
Another reason a couple would have a winter wedding is because the stress from the wedding and the heat do not mix. If a couple are rushing around trying to get all the wedding plans made their health could be at risk. Planning a wedding is a big deal and if you are running around weeks at a time trying to find the perfect things for your wedding in the heat you could end up passing out from the heat and even worse, having heat stroke because of it.

The last reason that a person would have a fall or winter wedding is the plethora of the themes they can choose from, not just because it’s around the holidays, because during the season fall and winter there are a lot of changes. When there are a lot of changes then there are many different things happening to your surroundings. You could use one of these surroundings as you theme. So overall, for many people a fall or winter wedding would be better than a summer or spring wedding.
