Build A Relationship And Sell High Cost Packages To Loyal Customers

Every sales person has the goal to sell a package with a big cost to his or her customers. As per commissions, it is good to sell the total quota in one day than work for the rest of the month to have an accumulated amount of sales and meet the quota. This is possible but it also takes a certain effort to reach the stage; unless some luck strikes well. This is not unusual in affiliate marketing. High cost packages need to be offered to loyal customers who are somehow bound with trust and confidence with the business.


Before offering a high cost package to buying customers, there must first be a good record of purchases and feedback from them. This is a good sign that the loyal customers will not be offended by the package and its cost, and has enough confidence with the company that these products will give more benefits than the cost it has.

The problem with offering big packages with a higher cost without enough foundation of trust and confidence is that it might scare the customer and never try to order again. This is not good for a business. Trying is good but it must always be done at a proper timing, and with proper strategy.

The initial offer must always be the packages at the lowest prices. At a certain time, another package can be offered with a little higher cost but the customer will surely have greater benefits with it. Such benefits could be more contents, more products, or additional benefits. This must first be enjoyed by the customers at a certain time before offering the packages with the highest cost.

While enjoying the benefits the customer gets with the product or service, there must always be a sense of concern sent to him or her from time to time. After the first purchase there must be a way to know what the customer would probably need greatly in the future. There must be some information about the products or services that would most probably of good use to them. The products must be introduced bit by bit until the best time to offer a package with a higher cost arrives.

It is significant to make the customers feel their importance. It is what increases the bond within the relationship. It is what adds to the confidence and trust that has already been founded. Like every human, the feeling of being understood is what makes somebody stick to another person or simply believe in what he or she says. At the same time, this also increases the integrity of the business.

Like any other relationships, the relationship with customers in affiliate marketing has different levels. It is good to have one level up from time to time. Hopping up 2 more levels at one time would not be good as it could cause a fall, which is usually offending and losing the customer. Attaining the top level of a fruitful business relationship with a customer really takes time but also builds a strong foundation that result to loyalty.
