I'm here to show you building muscle mass fast can be a very achievable goal. Most of the "conventional wisdom" out there was derived from infomercials. You wouldn't expect there to be much of any science backed information in those, so that's why we have a lot of people at the gym that are trying to put on muscle, but can never seem to achieve it. I've been training for almost a decade now and in that time I've learned a lot of the little things you need to do to be successful at this. I'm going to show you exactly what is required of you for building muscle mass fast and keeping it on.

Your diet is an extremely important part of this process. The food you eat is going to determine whether you'll have poor results, average results or terrific results. The food you eat will go and build your muscles. I've found that throwing out all the trashy processed foods is important. They're full of chemicals which actually slow down the process of muscle growth. Stick with real foods that aren't full of chemicals and you'll have much better results.


When it comes to the gym, building muscle mass fast requires the proper type of stress on the muscles. Most people have these hour long (or longer) workouts and they don't even break a sweat. They just slowly go through the workout, taking long breaks so they can lift more. My method involves working out for a short 7 minutes, but making sure it is as intense as possible. This intensity will cause such a high stress on your muscles, they'll have to grow to adapt.
