1. Low fat diets are not as good as natural food. Many of these so called foods are full of chemicals and sugar, that can make you worse off. Go organic with your food. Or at least natural. Surprisingly some of these foods actaully help you burn fat!
2. Ab machines. Save your money because they just don't work. Just like ab crunches. Go for a walk. Thats what I did at first. I couldn't do anything else so I started to walk. Play with your children for awhile. Do something to make your metabolism increase!
3. Fat Burners. Instant results in a pill. These do not work. Although they have been around for about a decade and may give you some sort of result, it's not going to be long-term. Throw those pills away and refer yourself to the second point in this article. The only way to really lose weight and burn that belly fat is to combine exercise and diet. We are so brainwashed by advertising promising things that aren't realistic. Weight loss should be gradual. not "instant!"
