Burn Body Fat - Follow This Simple 3 Step Fat Burning Routine

This is a very effective and fast fat burning routine that you will find very easy to follow. It has only three easy steps to master, and will turn your body into a fat burning furnace in no time.


Step 1 - Intensive Cardio-Vascular Exercise

5 minutes of skipping, Fast skipping for 5 minutes will help to speed up your metabolism for many hours after you have finished. This is a very intense form of exercise, and you may find it will take time for you be able to do the whole 5 minutes without a break, don't worry however you will still burn fat this way as well as building stamina over time.

There are some safety points you should remember when using a skipping rope. Make sure you have plenty of space around you so that you don't bump into anything, and make sure your rope is not too long so as not to trip yourself up.

After your skipping take a rest before moving on.

Step 2 - Strength Building Squats

The goal here is to complete 100 squats in 5 minutes. To complete one squat, from a standing position squat down as low as you can without loosing your balance, and then stand up again.

For maximum effectiveness you should complete 100 within 5 minutes. As with the skipping you may not be able to achieve this at first but don't worry you will soon build up to this.

After your squats take a rest before moving on.

Step 3 - Light Weight Training

The goal here is light weight training, not enough to build muscle. Find two items you can hold comfortably, for example two plastic bottles filled with water that you can comfortably lift, they should weigh no more than 1 to 2kg each.

To complete this step lift your weights above your head by extending your arms 100 times. Your goal here is to complete this in 4 minutes, i.e. 25 per minute.

This completes your 3 step workout.

Follow this routine 3 times per week, and you will see the fat burn off your body in no time.
