The Cabbage and Chicken Soup Diet is the same as the Cabbage Soup Diet other than you add about 4-5 oz. of chicken per batch of Cabbage Soup that you make. Keep in mind that on the days that you are supposed to eat either Chicken or fish you should subtract the amount of chicken that you eat in your soup from the suggested amount on this day.

The Cabbage and Chicken Soup Diet can also be seasoned with any of your favorite seasonings. You can use any kind of bouillon cube to flavor your soup the way that you want. I would just be careful not to include too much salt in your soup as this can slow the amount of weight loss while you are on the diet.

Also, the calories that you are consuming from this diet mostly come from vegetables and fruits and these are good calories.
