How to Stop Worrying? This is a perennial question, where generations and generations of human race has strived to find a solution, but still failed miserably.
Why do we worry? The main reason is that we think worrying can solve a problem and worrying is effective in solving problems. But is it so? Definitely NO. If worrying can solve problems, there would not be any problem remaining in this world as almost every human being practice worrying as a problem solver.
Our conscious mind fears a vacuum and wants to know every detail of a particular situation in advance. It cannot exist in the unknown realm. It wants to control each and every outcome of our life. This is where worrying comes in to the picture. Yes you can. You have to understand clearly the duty of your conscious and unconscious minds and take your conscious mind off the so called problems. All problems exist in the past or future. No problem can exist in the present moment. If you can learn to live most of your time in the present moment, eventually you will have no problem to worry about. This is easy said than done, since we humans have been conditioned to live in the past or future for generations and generations. We are never taught how to live our lives in the present moment.
Even though your conscious mind does not know details about future outcomes, your unconscious mind knows about each and every outcome in the future. This is why; you never fail when you follow your intuition or inner guidance. Intuition comes from your unconscious part or higher self, which knows each and every detail about your life.
