Can You See Who The Health Care Debate Winner Will Be?

With all the hoopla, anyone could come to the conclusion that no one really knows the law or the legality of the proposed health care reform. Will those in power actually continue to do as they wish with little regard to the voice of the American people? It is getting hard to recognize who's side the states are on, or are they just working the system for their own political gain?

No matter what your personal position is on this issue is, will any of the state governments be brave enough to challenge and override the federal governments ruling. From the latest news on this front, the likelihood of this reform becoming implemented in every state in the Union looks very possible. After its creation in March, it seems that everyone is dodging the bullets until they can reload with debates and arguments from every angle about this issue, finally, in December. Could it also be that the right timing has finally favored and furthered some entity's purpose.

Is there a reason to stop this bill? One side sees it as a very large expense that the tax payers will eventually be paying for. The government's positions is that it will stabilize and create continuity in the current system for every citizen, especially those less fortunate. One side argues the new people being added are nothing more than free loaders, while the government claims that everyone will be paying for the health care.

Let's face it Americans don't like change and they don't want it at any cost. It is a fear of the unknown which ironically overrides any the detest that most people feel at the current system. The fight is futile at best and while many Americans want to go down kicking and screaming in the end the current health care system will be reformed by the government and for better or for worse we will be left with whatever the end result winds up being.

Conveniently the government follow the opinions of experts that paint a dire picture of the current health care system and the possible collapse of the U.S. if it is allow to continue. Opponents of these opinions point to the Patriot Act as an example of laws and drastic changes without adequate time to thoroughly investigate the pros and cons for the nation as reason enough to question the validity of the governments claims. They also point out the massive military expenses that are allowed to continue unobstructed each year as if there are no imminent financial woes looming on any horizon.
