What kind of a business person are you? Are you the ones who's mind is always focused on bigger things and thus you neglect the small achievements you had? Yes, it is possible that every business person will say that bigger things are yet to come. True, but don't ever forget that big achievements started from small ones.
Success is a process. There is a path and a sequence which should be followed. No shortcut, all follow the same procedures. The danger starts when people tend to achieve everything in an instant. It's like they don't want to earn success, but rather they want to buy success, which is not possible.
Why do we need to value small achievements?
Just recently I met with a few friends of mine. We talked about our previous achievements in life. Surprisingly, we are all striving to succeed. What makes us pursue our goals and plans is whenever we look at those small achievements we had before. We may not have achieve the supreme success we are hoping, but if we will sum up those small achievements in our life, it will seem to be very big.
Take note of this, celebrate even the tiniest success you experience. As long as you are succeeding, it will remind you that you are positively heading towards your goals.
I always remember a saying that "Tiny ripples creates a vast ocean." Meaning that every success we have, no matter how small it is, still will create an impact for us to achieve a bigger success in the future.
