Cellulite- Treatments Evaluated

There is so many cellulite treatments available on the market that's it's hard to know what is best for you, this guide aims to clear things up a bit.
Cellulite Treatments
Dietary supplements: Active products found in these products range from ginkgo biloba, sweet clover, grape-seed bioflavinoids, bladder wrack extract, oil of evening primrose, fish oil, and soy lecithin. The positive effects that these products are supposed to have include boosting metabolism, improving circulation, protecting against cell damage, and breaking down fats. These claims are difficult to verify similar to many supplements and alternative therapies on the market.
Valid clinical studies also don't exist yet to back up these claims. No value of the products has been proven yet by studies. Some dietary supplements that are promoted for the treatment of cellulite may also pose health risks or may interact with certain prescription drugs.
Cellulite diets: These have been proposed to be effective in treating cellulite. Arguments for these diets claim that the combination of foods in the diet can reduce inflammation and improve circulation in affected areas and diminish cellulite. Experts agree that eating a healthy diet can decrease fluid retention and improve the overall health and appearance of skin, however specific diets designed to target cellulite are unnecessary.
Wraps: Many beauty salons offer herbal or other types of body wraps as treatments for cellulite. Yet like cellulite diets, their effects have not been proven or reported in controlled studies in the medical literature. The wraps can improve the appearance of skin and decrease fluid retention but the effects are largely temporary.
Massage treatments: Several machines have been introduced that massage the areas affected by cellulite. One such is Endermologie has been approved by the U.S. FDA for temporary reduction in the appearance of cellulite. Although a temporary decrease in the appearance of cellulite may result, the treatment appears to redistribute fat rather than permanently alter its configuration under the skin. Regular maintenance cellulite treatments are required after the initial effect has been achieved or the appearance of cellulite will return.
Laser or light therapy: Combining light and massage, the FDA has approved two light therapy devices. Similar to Endermologie, both treatments require multiple sessions of treatment and maintenance treatments to keep up the improved appearance. Laser/massage sessions are more expensive than massage sessions costing thousands of dollars.
Well there are a few of the most usual cellulite treatments evaluated. However the simplest and most economical option is to choose a reputable cellulite cream.
