Cellulite - Why Some Have It And Others Do Not
To start things off, don't confuse cellulite with fat. Every one of us has a certain level of fat. It insulates our bodies and is necessary to protect our organs. Of course, we all have varying levels of fat, but that is another story. Cellulite is the lumpy, bumpy, cottage cheese type fat that is generally found around the area of the hips, buttocks and abdomen. One important point to understand is the myth that only overweight people get cellulite. This is simply not true. You can be overweight and not have any cellulite or you can be skinny and have plenty of it. Let me say that each one of us has cellulite. However, it doesn't always show on every one of us. The main reason why this happens is because of diet and exercise. Those who eat a healthy diet and exercise are far less likely to experience cellulite. -Cellulite forms for many different reasons -Lack of exercise so fat builds up under the skin -Poor diet with too much fat and carbohydrates -Hormones Toxins, poisons and fat that build up under the skin The best way to prevent cellulite from showing is to eat more healthy foods and get some exercise. Concentrate your exercising on those areas that are prone to show the cellulite.
