Chakra Test - How To Examine Your Chakras And Improve Your Life
For example, a thoroughly blocked heart chakra can manifest as heart disease, but a somewhat blocked and sluggish heart chakra can result in a more general sense of disengagement and dispassion with the world and your relationships. One of the best ways to identify any problems with your chakras that are immediately obvious is by administering a chakra test. So… what exactly is a chakra test? There are a couple of different kinds out there, but essentially they are tests that look for those smaller imbalances in your chakras that might not be immediately obvious. One of the most common and effective types of a chakra test is a questionnaire that evaluates how you are feeling in terms of the various energy systems that correspond with the various chakras. Ultimately, this kind of questionnaire based chakra test is really pretty easy to take and to understand. You can take and benefit from a chakra test even if you don’t have any understanding of the chakra system. In some ways it might even be more accurate when taken by someone who is ignorant to the chakra system because they are less likely to come in with any preconceptions and pre-existing ideas about what might be wrong with them and which of their chakras might be out of whack. Instead they are more likely to answer the questions simply and quickly without consciously or unconsciously guiding their chakra test to a specific conclusion. The questions will be simple and easy to answer. Sample questions might hit on topics such as your comfort with your physical body, your propensity for getting sick, your sense of motivation, your ability to grow and to think creatively, where you might have some slight physical discomfort or issues (like digestive problems), how you interact with people when they want or need something from you, how well you communicate with others, whether you are intuitive or not, and how well you are able to see the big picture. Most forms of a chakra test will have more questions than these, but even that short handful of questions is enough to get a good picture of where your blockages are and where you need to focus your chakra healing efforts. Once you complete your chakra test and identify your trouble spots you’ll be able to begin to take measures to heal your chakras. There are a lot of ways to heal your chakras (from exercise to crystals to visualizations) but in the end it’s most important that you recognize your trouble spots and start taking the necessary actions to improve them.
