Choosing Right Star Hotels For A Comfortable Stay

We all have heard about star hotels but exactly what do the stars mean? Well, stars are nothing but ratings of hotels which take into account prices, facilities offered and so on. Though you cannot make generalizations about hotel prices and the star ratings, yet one thing is for sure that 5 star hotels will indeed cost more than 3 star hotels, at least in the same city. The 5 star hotels will have more services and amenities. These include spacious conference halls, spas, etc. The 3 star hotels would have lesser facilities, especially in big cities. Nowadays, most of the 3 star hotels in big cities offer private baths. The rooms are, you can call, smallish. Rooms in 3 star hotels would have a television set, a phone and in some cases even a mini bar. Look out for good air conditioning when you are traveling in hot countries.

While choosing the star hotels for your stay in any place always remember that star ratings hardly take into account the charm and subjective criteria of the place. This is a completely individual identity of the hotel. It differs from hotel to hotel. Indeed for charm, views, the feel of the place or the friendliness of the staff, you'll have to get your ratings from previous guests and so on. While making a decision in choosing the right star hotels for yourself, always look out for facilities like restaurant, Internet, clean toilet, room service, etc. Remember all these and you can never go wrong in choosing the right star hotel for yourself whether it’s choosing 5 star hotels or 3 star hotels. And lastly if you decide to check in on a hotel and you are already there physically, then the best thing is to view a room.
