Christmas Time Is Almost Here
Given the current state of the economy, more and more people are looking for frugal ways to enjoy themselves without spending a lot of money doing it. This time around, Clark Griswald (Chevy Chase) is determined toensure his family has the greatest Christmas holiday they have ever known. To do so, he invites his off- beat and dysfunctional family to spend Christmas with them. As is always the case in the world of the Griswald's, things don't quite turn out as expected and even the best laid plans go awry in a Christmas minute. The Christmas Angel is a star studded ice skating extravaganza that is a great movie for the entire family. It stars Olivia Newton-John as the female narrator telling the holiday tale of a decorative angel that sits atop a village Christmas tree and is stolen on Christmas Eve by an evil villain. In order for the children and the villagers to celebrate Christmas, the angel must be recovered and returned to her perch at the top of the tree. With world renowned skaters like Dorothy Hamill, Elvis Stojko and Rudy Gallindo, bringing the characters and toys to life, The Christmas Angel is a terrific way to spend a night enjoying a family-friendly activity.
