In making a homemade non-stick spray, you just need to combine a half of cup veggie oil and 2 tablespoons of liquid lecithin. Liquid lecithins are available at stores and in you can also use any type of vegetable oil you want.

After you are done cooking, you should remove the food particles that are left in the grill and also the grease buy scrubbing the grill. When scrubbing your barbecue grill, you should use any wire grill brush for much better results. Another good cleaner also is an aluminum foil. You just need to crumble the foil into a ball and use it in cleaning your grill.
