Closing Techniques For Your Prospects Or Network Marketing Leads!

There are hundreds of way you can "seal the deal" when you are talking to your prospective customer or business partner in the network marketing industry. I will be referring to 3 main closing techniques that are sure to get the job done .

Before we get to closing your prospect though, keep in mind what comes prior to that. To be an effective closer, you really need to set the stage first. You will never be able to close effectively without building a strong rapport, finding the need for your prospect and giving them a solution that works for them. As well, without full confidence, you may as well tell your prospect to go to the next opportunity as people follow people. And a good rule of thumb to remember is that no one is willing to buy, UNTIL they are willing to buy and you can't take that personally. Make sense? So here are 3 closing methods that you can try and then determine which works best for you :

1. The Assumptive Close-The Assumptive Close is one of the most popular types of closes taught in all sales related industries and can very well be used in MLM. This close assumes the person is willing and ready to buy. You first need to read their "buying signals" like their enthusiasm, their agreeability, their need and what they say they want. When you have these things answered, you can give them, "Great. Here is what I want you to do next". Of course you will have some objections, but answer them confidently and refer back to your conversation and what the person SAID they wanted. Some examples of assumptive closes are:
" Great! Let's get your credit card information into the system and we can rock and roll!
" Great! Let's fill out this application so we can get you making the big bucks
" Fantastic! Will the autoship be going to your 123 Main Street address or another?

2. The Demonstration Close- For those in a product driven company where you can show people your merchandise, a demonstration close can be often effective. This close can be very persuasive by giving them evidence that they can't deny. The visceral experience of sensing a product being used cannot be beaten by talk or explicit pictures. This is very effective if the prospect already has predicted that your demonstration will not work because they are forced to revise their belief in which it was based. These demonstrations are best done in person, but can also be effective by a video.
And Lastly,

3. The Yes Set Close-the Yes Set Close works by setting up a repetitive pattern of 'yes' answers that gets the prospect into a habitual response. When the pattern is established and they are automatically answering 'yes', then the question you really want 'yes' to is slipped in. Most people also do not particularly like to say no as they believe it is impolite. Now I don't think that this technique should be used normally. But if you are going for a tough prospect, get them in the right mind frame and you can get them in the 'yes' mindset.
" Do you like what you saw?
" Can you see yourself making a ton of money like these guys?
" Do you see how this business will help you with XYZ?

These are just a small fraction of some techniques to try when closing your prospect. Don't forget that objections are pretty natural and you will need to have the confidence to overcome those objections. Remember, the more you do it, the more comfortable you are at it and the better you become. It may take a few tries to find the techniques that works best for you and also remember that setting up the stage correctly from the beginning will make that 'yes' from your prospect come so much easier.
