Combat Useful Tips

before we start to prepare this post i asked my self would it be right to advise the individuals how to combat?? specifically while most of the people are usually violent enough. Immediately after thinking i told my self that violent, bad people are experts enough and our post won't possibly be useful for them but it will really help the good decent shy persons that sometimes need to combat to protect themselfs.

Being a karate champion ( When i was young ) i know many techniques about combating which may be useful.

first thing you should try avoiding compact and fighting as much as possible and also realize that most of the fights would be prevented with a little speaking, understanding as well as mental games. So try to avoid fighting as much as possible even sometimes it is possible to gain a friendship with the violent monster who want to harm you if you confidently smile at his face and attempt to understand what is making him so angry. And believe me your own assured smile is the most powerful weapon.

first of all keep in mind that the actual power begin with you mind the most important thing is to keep the mind relaxed as possible, clear and also focusing. SO try to stay relaxed, manage your respiration over the combat and Try to be aware to the atmosphere around you because sometimes you will discover a thing to assist you within the fight or even an escape opportunity.

Always attempt to push your current anxiety aside and also keep in mind that anxiety and rage will make you weaker therefore try to control your anxiety and also make your challenger have the anxiety instead. I am aware it's not easy to manage your fear but if you put this as a target you will find yourself assured again and again.

Attempt to yell in the face of your enemy as this will cover your fear and provides them the impression that you're confident and the fight won't be that easy. And if you are sure that the battle is coming any way Try to be the very first one who attack. Make your attack powerful, hurtful and dangerous simply because this can trigger the opponent fear and also make him loose control and when the first attack works follow it with additional punches and also kicking to take the best benefit from your initial success.

Last thing steer clear of the humiliating un painful violence since this will make you opponent strike you with his complete power and anger without frightening him.

1- Don't help to make your legs on a single line but attempt always to keep the right leg in the front and also the left leg backward as this tends to make you much more secure and resistant to pushing and you won't fall easily.

2-Try not to support your whole body weight on the front side leg because this will cause it to easier for the opponent to kick it away and make you fall to the ground .

3-Try to maintain a secure area between you and your opponent and don't enter this particular safe region unless you really want to strike him .

4-For beginners leg kicks harm a lot more compared to fighting by fists and have an extended attacking span than the hands so .

5-Never maintain your hands in the side of your body. maintain them up, prepared to protect your face and upper body.
