Commiting To Loose Weight

Loosing weight can become a reality by finding a program that's right for you and sticking with it. The people that fail are the people that quit. This is not easy. changing any daily routine is mentally hard. Everything around you will be a trigger to settle back into your old routine. Seeing and smelling foods you love will actually cause hunger pains. So, when you first take that step into changing your eating habits you have to be strong focused and committed. Take a notebook with you and write down every single bit of food you eat in a day and you will see very clearly the ones you don't need and are contributing, or even causing your weight gain.

GROUPS
They can be social groups or internet groups. Getting together with other people brings you to realize your problems are not unique and as others support you with info and tips, you will be just as important to them for your input and wisdom you have gathered. You will feel strong, smart, and important, because you always have been but just forgot.

I HARDLY EAT!!!
I know lots of people,mostly women, that eat under 2000 calories a day and have cut their fat intake by %75 that are still gaining weight. This could be fixed by finding the right diet plan that is healthy and nutritious and very regimented to force you into a new routine you will not want to break.

Metabolism
Women have a slower metabolism then men. exercise and eating well can make the difference.Not all will be a size 3 but you will find your perfect weight where you look and feel great. My opinion is women want to be a size 3 for other women, but men like healthy curves because it is very feminine. Don't obsess about a size 3 but how great you look in cloth at your natural weight.
