Owners of the unit will list it as available with travel agencies. The owners also provide the agencies with forms stipulating the conditions of the rental.

Pictures say a lot about the unit as long as these are up to date and accurate. It is important to ask the agent if the pictures are recent. After reviewing the images, the person who wants to stay there can assess if it is suitable. Researching the area where the condo is located is important because it could always be in a potentially dangerous neighborhood. Red light districts may not be ideal for vacationers who have young children or elderly people. The rental agent may recommend particular areas. The conditions in the contract should also be perused and considered. These are important points to mull over before deciding on a place.
