Confidence Coach For Women - What To Look For
What you need to look for in a good coach is a great track record. How many clients have they successfully helped? Are you able to speak with some of their former clients? Does the coach offer a free introductory call? Most coaches offer at least a 30 minute introductory call so you can see if you’re a good fit. If they do offer this, have a list of 5 or more questions you would like to know about them. Maybe something like, how do you keep your clients accountable or how do you help your clients achieve their goals? Keep the questions open ended so you can get the most information possible. Also, you want a coach that gives you homework after each session. You want to have some kind of action plan in place to keep you moving toward your goals. You should also look for a coach that has a well thought out welcome package that is full of information about how they do things and what they expect from you and what you should expect from them. Usually, you will get some questions that they want you to answer so they can better see if you are both a good fit for each other. Mostly, you want a confidence coach that matches your own personality. A coach may have glowing reviews but once you speak with them you may find that you're not a good match and that is perfectly okay. Not every coach is perfect for every client. You are allowed to be choosy, just as long as you are diligently searching for a coach that can help you move forward to a more confident you. You may have to interview a few coaches but I'm sure if you put in the hard work you will find that perfect confidence coach and you will be on your way to a much happier you.
