If it is, then why should visitors buy from you rather than someone else? Unless you're unique in some way that's helpful to them, they can easily go elsewhere. People are more interested in the experience they'll have being your customer rather than simply having another product. 4 The medium is the message. So, make sure whatever medium you use that it fulfils the message you want to send out to visitors in order to get them engaged. For example, video is very popular at the moment, with mobile marketing coming up on the outside. But remember that different people like to access the information in different ways and some people, like me, get frustrated having to sit through videos just to see what it's about.
