Controlling Premature Ejaculation - Last Longer In Bed By Tonight!

Many men believe that controlling premature ejaculation (or PE) is a difficult task, but that's just because they haven't discovered the secret yet.


Growing up with PE, it's safe to say I know what you guys reading this are going through. My worst experience was when I was nineteen years old, and about to have sex with this girl I've been dating for a few weeks. Everything was going great until I finally stuck it in; within about three pumps, I couldn't hold back anymore, and I climaxed. Thankfully, I was wearing a condom, but the embarrassment and humiliation that followed afterward was unbearable. I ran out of her room and never spoke to her again, and she, of course, never tried calling me, either.

Luckily, I've stumbled upon a few tricks for helping me last longer in bed since those horrible teenage years:

1. Control your breathing: By breathing quickly and rapidly, you're going to be more likely to want to climax early. Try pacing yourself by breathing slowly and deeply.

2. Work on the stop and go technique: When you feel yourself approaching orgasm, withdraw your member and squeeze the head of your penis until you no longer feel the urge to climax. I highly recommend you practice this during masturbation as well.

3. Retrain yourself: You've most likely wired your brain's muscle memory to want to finish early. Through all the years of masturbation, did you spend about 5-10 minutes on each session? Start taking more time on it and you'll see a difference after awhile.
