Corporate finance took the major place in growing up the economies of any nations. The capitalists always believe upon the corporate to take the country forward and this has worked in most of the country. Corporate finance has most important and highly discussed topic due to its own importance in growing economies of the any country. The base of corporate finance is more scientific today, in which controlling economic tools being used. The goal of any finance is to maximum return from capital for the corporate. There are mostly two way to make decision on finance, here may be both long term and short term. Long term finance decision about whether the corporate go for equity or for debt, the short term can be about the organization of working assets.

In the private firm, maximizing the stock prices is the main goal of the corporate finance. In case of firms which are not traded openly, the main purpose in corporate decision making is measured to be the maximization of value of firm. The numerous corporate finance, investment and share principles are different for communal and non communal firms.

In the same way, for a not profit firm, very difficult to define the corporate finance principles. The main goal of such types of organizations is to deliver the service in best way and most resourceful way possible, not to just make profit. In this case, the goal has to be clear in tenure of price tag efficiency.

When the companies have to answer the share holders, then it is the duty of the board member to make sure that the share value rises. They have to manage dynamically their corporate. To achieve the numerous goals of corporate finance it is essential that all corporate ventures should be financed correctly.
