With rhinoplasty, one who may have been lacking in self confidence due to a less than desirable nose can benefit from a new look and the confidence to go with it. Facelifts are ideal for women over the age of 50 who would like to keep their experienced edge over younger more attractive coworkers. She suggests choosing smarter, less obvious, but equally beneficial surgical procedures for enhancing your career. Going too much too fast can lead to drawbacks, especially now when much of workplace success these days is based on networking and relationships with colleagues.
