Cost Will Be Reduced By Using Two Batteries In Large Cars

Recently, a new system with two batteries has been developed by a group of GE, claiming that they have invented a brand new battery system which consists caustic soda cell of high capacity. It can be used widely such as in buses, trucks and so on and besides, the new technology will reduce the cost by 20 percent and more.

Nowadays, many of the batteries cannot be perfect in both capacity and power. For example, lithium battery can supply great power to vehicles but its capacity is relatively low while the sodium ones have large capacity but have low power. The new technology developed by GE will combine both of their advantages together. In the system, lithium battery will play its role of providing vehicles with high power while the sodium battery will supply a constant power to vehicles at the same time.
